Shipping is actual cost (by weight), plus $1.50 for USPS and $2.50 for UPS. Over payments will be refunded. Returns are accepted on unused, unwashed items (Stain and Odor free), 30 days from the day shipped. Refunds will be issued after we have received the product and verify that it is still in the condition that it was sent to you. After 30 days you may exchange or receive store credit. If you would like to exchange items, I will Paypal you an invoice for the shipping amount. Your refunded amount will be for the product price only, shipping amounts are not refunded.  You, the buyer are responsible for paying shipping on returns. If we made an error in your order, we will make it right.
